Next on the list was http://www.wowhead.com/npc=107699 that was taken down with a pretty clean fight.

Following up at the list of weird things to kill in the http://www.wowhead.com/zone=8025 we stumbled upon a maniac cleaner - http://www.wowhead.com/npc=104288

Every anomaly must purge, especially if it is a http://www.wowhead.com/npc=104415. With no exception to  be made, we kill it too!

Starting off our mythic progress, http://www.wowhead.com/npc=102263 was the first kill and easy kill.
