Quick question: ME having a new PC and undeniable urge to re-enter WoW, but lacking every bit of software up to vanilla means im fucked right?
Or are there clients which enable me to skip vanilla tbc and what not?

You always download the full content ye. So you gotta download it all ;)
But buying MoP is enough? the old content will be added through DL?
Well do you still have your old account? And is that a cataclysm account?
Else you will have to buy cataclysm aswell afaik.
The contect doesnt matter, you only buy a reg key not the content. Based on what key your account is registered, the content will be downloaded.

I think all the account were automatically upgraded to cataclysm. Log your at your battle.net account and check :)
